SMARTABASE is a web-based solution designed for athlete data management, catering to various sectors including Olympic committees, sports institutes, professional teams, personal trainers, colleges, and schools. The system is highly customizable to fit the unique needs of each organization, enabling comprehensive collection, storage, and reporting of athlete-related information across multiple areas:

• Medical and injury management
• Fitness
• Health and wellness monitoring
• Performance data (e.g., competition results)
• Exercise prescription (e.g., gym programs)
• Pathology test results
• Sport science data
• Administrative information

The SMARTABASE app presents an iPhone and iPad solution for online or offline data collection on designated forms within the SMARTABASE system. This application streamlines user interaction, especially for on-the-go data entry on forms that have been configured for access on the main platform.

Key functionalities of the app include:

• Viewing schedules
• Entering data on specific forms with appropriate permissions
• Accessing historical result data

In addition, coaches have the ability to carry out the same activities for athletes under their supervision. Users can seamlessly switch between online and offline modes, ensuring flexibility even in connectivity-challenged environments. Any data submitted while offline is securely synchronized with the main server upon regaining internet connectivity and logging in online.

The SMARTABASE application is provided at no cost to client organizations. To utilize this tool, users must obtain login credentials through a SMARTABASE site administrator.
